Area is a rental discovery service for Malta. We aggregate publicly available listings from third-party sources and present them in a vertical feed. Area does not act as a landlord, agent, or property manager.

2. No account required

You can use Area without creating an account or submitting personal details to us. The only preference data stored on your device is your favorites list, saved locally in your browser via local storage.

3. Listing information

Listings, photos, prices, and availability come from external sources. They may be incomplete, outdated, or change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the advertiser before making any decision.

4. Third-party links

When you open an original listing, you leave Area and interact with a third-party website. Those sites have their own terms and policies. Area is not responsible for their content or practices.

5. Acceptable use

• Use Area for personal rental research in Malta.
• Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not misuse listing data for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes.

6. Service availability

We may update, suspend, or remove features at any time. Listings expire automatically after a retention period and may disappear from the feed without notice.
